Then and now
Here are some differences between medieval Japan and todays Japan.
Alot has changed since the medieval times. Technology has evolved dramatically and so have the weapons, culture and alot of other things.

Then (medieval Japan)-Had basic weapons. ie. sword mace.
-Had to grow most of their food -Had Samurais as soldiers -No 300 metre skyscrapers in cities -Had different farming tools -Used horses to travel or they could walk -Was hard to travel overseas because they didn't have aeroplanes -Wore clothes with more/less colours depending on what class they were in |
now (today)-Have powerful, lethal weapons/explosives.
-Electricity -Massive skyscrapers -Big T.Vs advertising things on the sides of towers/buildings -Use tractors and other inventions to farm/water crops -Different laws compared to the medieval times -Use cars, trains, trams, aeroplanes ect. -Has a Prime Minister instead of an emperor -Telephones/mobiles -Wears very colourful clothes as it is fashionable in this day and age. |
